How long do Evictions take?
A typical Eviction in an Arizona Justice Court takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Once a judgment is obtained a writ of restitution can typically issue within 5 days. A writ of restitution allows a landlord to physically remove a tenant who refuses to vacate.
